I am the Director of Agent Development for Exit Realty. I have been in the real estate business for 15 years and have a real affinity for Realtors and empathize with their demanding profession. Born and raised in Metro Detroit where I managed a small yet highly successful family owned Real Estate Company. Licensed in 1992 in Michigan I represented clients in listing and selling properties, as well as supervising our property management department, marketing department and daily operations. I relocated to Wilmington, NC in 2003 and have worked in agent services where I trained new agents and facilitated the development and execution of agents marketing plans. In 2005 I became Operations Manager for a real estate team in the Wilmington area where I was charged with creating and updating general office systems, which included listing and closing procedures.
