Rich Casto has successfully applied this approach for over 13 years.
He has served at all levels, personally trained over 15,000 brokers and agents combined and helped clients double and even triple their business. He is recognized as a top trainer/coach nationwide, delivering value-packed training events and is currently a columnist for Realty Times, Broker Agent Magazine, FrogPond, and Broker Agent News.

Former Owner/Broker Prudential Franchise (Texas)
- #1 agent, closed units, listings, GCI (Prudential) every year.
- #1 closed units (entire state of Texas).
Corporate Trainer and Branch manager for Coldwell Banker (Cincinnati).
General Manager, Century 21 (Las Vegas):
- Grew company from 150 to 350 agents in two years.
- Expanded business from 2 to 5 offices.
- Launched personal branch and developed it into the top ten in closed units among 6500 Century 21 offices in its first year opened.
General Manager and Branch Manager, Prudential California Realty:
- Grew Roseville branch to #1 in closed units among 130 Prudential
- California Realty offices in its first year opened. Made branch profitable in its fourth month opened ($320,000 net profit in its first fiscal year).
- Recruited 120 agents in twelve months of which 75% were experienced.
- Branch net profit was $745,000 in its second fiscal year.
- Took Sacramento Region from start-up to 350 agents in two years. (Ranked third in the market after two years and achieved 14 million GCI second year opened)
- All five-branch managers in the top ten in agent recruits each year to include #1 and #2.
Other Accomplishments:
- Responsible for recruiting over 5,000 agents.
- Averaged 10 recruiting appointments a week for past seven years.
- Recruited 5 experienced agents with over $1 million in GCI.
- Focused recruiting on $100,000 and above GCI.

Our Philosophy
Rich Casto observed brokers and agents being trained, trained, and then trained some more, but still, many of them failed. What training he did observe, focused on the outside of each individual, but never went deep enough to grow the human being and to discover what got in the way and continues to get in the way of success.
We believe that you must facilitate growth from the inside out. Sure, agents and brokers need the essential skills, business planning, scripts, dialogues, marketing... and the list goes on. However, without doing the work on the inside first, results will not appear on the outside.
